About Us
Oaklands Homecare. Started as a partnership providing domiciliary
care to people in South East Wales. In 2004 Helen Williams RGN
recognised that with the ever growing need for care in the community,
there was an opportunity to provide a good quality service for local
people to stay within their own homes.
Oaklands Homecare was one of the first Domiciliary care agencies to
become registered with the Care Standards Inspectorate Wales
(CSIW), now the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW),
and over the years the Company has grown successfully from one small office based at home with 6 carers,
to a suite of offices and a team Carers and Managers.
In August 2008 we became a Limited company and Oaklands Homecare is now a division of
Oaklands Healthcare Europe Limited, this has enabled us to expand our range of services to the community.

We have also welcomed our new Managing Director Mr Sam Bansal, Sam recently worked as an inspector for the CSSIW
And brings with him a vest array of knowledge and experiance.
We have gained contracts with social services and also provide to private individuals and Nursing/residential homes.
With our continued growth we are very careful to keep improving our services and commitment to our
service users and clients alike.

Our Aim
Oaklands Homecare aims to provide the highest quality and friendly care service in the comfort and security
of your own home.
Based within Monmouth town and having personal knowledge of the social care needs of the local population
we pride ourselves with the quality of the service.
With more than 30 years nursing & social care experience at a senior level, 20 years of which has been within the
local community, we aim to identify and develop a framework of care to meet the varying needs of the population.
We also have experience in teaching and assessing care workers to NVQ level, with excellent outcomes.
